	&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;I really need art advice. I know I need to get out of my comfort zone, work on anatomy (Hands especially), proportions, and shading. Tips that work for people with ADHD will help the best! Especially with shading. I know how to shade. I just have a hard time knowing where the shading should go. I've looked up so many tutorials T_T&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;I use Medibang!&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&#xD;
