agwaah here we go:

1. TRY to animate something this year!!! (i barely animated last year so i wanna try to practice more without losing motivation so easily, main goal is to make an animation meme/mv thing)
2. take time with art! most of the time i finish drawings in a short amount of time without putting more effort/detail into them. although this means art will be slower, it will help with creating and improving my art more easily (also DEFINITELY doing this with artfight this year cause last year i focused on quantity over quality and did 228 attacks in a month and i really regretted that!!! so yeah ill focus on better quality for now on
3. use art references/studies more!! I LITERALLY HAVE A ART HELP/REFERENCE FOLDER ON MY COMPUTER AND KEEP FORGETTING ABOUT IT AND NEVER USE IT, so in general i need to practice with stuff like anatomy and perspective
4. try digital painting more!! i tend to be picky with brushes when doing digital art so hopefully i can try to practice digital painting more (especially more cleaner stuff)
5. WORK ON THE DAMN COMIC!!!! progress is slow due to college, unmotiviation, and wanting to do many different things at once. hope to get a few pages out this year
6. draw more stuff than david /hj
7. try sewing/crochet/needle felting! i got a needle felt kit for christmas that teaches you how to make a bunny, so i wanna do that soon and maybe also try other traditional mediums! (clay is another i wanna do more of)

i have plenty of other stuff on my mind, but these were the main ones i wanna try this year! im planning 2022 to be a year of experimentation for myself
