A new Mario RPG fan character I came up with after being inspired by seeing so many other fan characters online!

They are named after altocumulus clouds, which are clouds that appear to be scattered across the sky, so I had the idea of a nimbus whose scattered thoughts manifested as their cloud scattering as well! I also sing alto in choir, so it works on multiple levels :)
