The tamers she was traveling with ditched her because they're afraid she'll or her digimon turn evil. It's kinda sad though. They are afraid that as soon as demidevimon evolves, the girl will attack everyone and try to rule the world or something. By the way, it's not like Lil disagrees with demidevimon, but rather his choice of words.

Louis can sympathize since he IS a Lucemon and people confuse him for the one who destroyed the digital world.
