Even as the summer season approaches, I still do not look forward to the blooming heat… I rather deal with the harsh cold weather since I can always cover up more over trying to stay cool. Been trying to do more housekeeping for myself and somewhat successful. Still trying Postybirb for the rest while some bits for Pillowfort get posted (mostly microblogging texts get manually added, images might not though with this post as the exception). Cara is one I use but not as a day to day thing. It’s more of a professional portfolio even if I don’t act as much. Sheezy hasn’t been able to utilize the application, but no harm in doing it manually. I do enjoy scrolling through it for a bit anyways.
Still no interest in trying Tumblr again as the lack of trust towards it stops me from adding that to the automation system. Got to doodle with the tablet lately on the PC. Still haven’t had the best of luck trying to get around the digital stuff. Which makes trying out webcomics a bit more flaky. Granted, there is the possibility of using traditional works for them – it’s going to take a bit more work to get the images adjusted enough for readability.

Gave IB (InkBunny) a quick glance through, decided against using it. Especially with the anti-LGBT stances I’ve heard the head is vocalizing. Not much of a stranger to that considering the messiness going on in the states (and my own state so to speak)… Because of that last bit, this might not go to the Newgrounds page for safety reasons. I can understand keeping kids protected from specific topics, but the LGBT mentions can be again – flaky. Back on the subject of the webcomic, I say that because I wanted to get myself into that subject. It always fascinated me especially with some that I do follow having some of their own.
My main concerns? Topics, content, anti-theft measures, critics, people pleasing, I could go on…

I do have at least one anthro-centric one I wanted to bring to fruition, just never got around to building it up. The other one that I thought about was just a comic-strip styled one, similar to the newspaper ones like Garfield and Peanuts. Just something more loose and a bit personal. I think with Artfight coming up, I should just start finishing up the two characters I want to add in terms of reference sheets as well as the rest of the attacks I’ve done. Hopefully with PB up and going, it’s going to be less of an issue with scheduling things…
