More 2020 character redesigns! Monke noises (sorry for the King of Skill reference, I couldn’t resist).

Anyway, again, I don’t remember this character’s name, but I’ve decided to rename him to ‘Lord Charlie Peppermint’. I’ve tried to stay true to his colour pattern, but I’ve saturated the colours a bit to make them contrast more, as well as refining his design to my current art style, making his eyebrows green as opposed to black and turning his collar into a cape. I’ve also based his design on some ghost characters I’ve made, mainly with his hair, but he’s far less monochromatic than them and his legs are present instead of being replaced with a ghostly-tail. That said, he’s still a ghost, just a rather ‘different’ one.
