For the body type I referenced multiple individuals for an idea of clothing etc but primarily Hitomi Goto, a Japanese woman with dwarfism who is 115 centimetres (approximately 3 feet and 7 inches) in height.
This adoptable character is free and people can do what they like with the design as long as the dwarfism is not removed from either the pokémon or the trainer.

The green awareness ribbon is for dwarfism awareness, with heart symbolism in tandem common according to a cursory search I did.

I do like my short-legged cat and lalafell drawings but I had a think afterwards on an article I saw and what roles little people can be limited to in media - the gag character, the silly one or the fantasy race, is my understanding. I still think Marshmallowfluff and the lalafell are good designs but I figured it was fair to draw a design where being a little person and a human was the focus.
