I didn't know how to go about this. Whether or not it should have been a literature post or journal, etc. I ended up making this a literature post anyway. As you can see, I've included a MilaNote thing that details everything, so if you're wondering about any of the finer bits, check that out! So, let's get into it!</p><hr><h3>What's the basic gist of this AU?</h3><p style="text-indent: 25px">This AU takes place during Breath of the Wild, starting at the battle with Calamity Ganon. The AU goes all the way into the end of Tears of the Kingdom. In this AU, Link is fighting Calamity Ganon when a sliver of Ganon's malice slips into Link's body. This opens up a whole box of chaos, allowing Ganon to control Hyrule's hero and turn Zelda's restoration plans into a disaster.</p><h3>Characters & Roles</h3><ul><li><p>Link - Corrupted Hero of Hyrule</p><p>Link saves his princess as normal, but at what cost? He now has to suffer from a malice-born illness referred to as Ganon's wrath.</p></li><li><p>Zelda - Hyrule's Concerned Princess</p><p>On top of taking responsibility for the Calamity and attempting to restore Hyrule, Zelda now has to look out for Link, often saving him in dire situations.</p><li><p>Ganondorf - The Blight of the Hero</p><p>After being defeated and having his body sealed by Zelda, Ganon remains as a part of Link, connected through the sliver of malice that seeped into Link's body. Ganon aims to bring the hero to his knees from the inside.</p><li><p>Purah - Researcher of The Blight</p><p>Purah aids Link and Zelda to help them find a cure. She names Link's condition as "Ganon's Wrath". While not a doctor, Purah knows the lengthy history of Ganon's malice.</li></ul><hr><p style="text-indent: 25px">This is all the information I'll give out... for now ;) I might turn this into a full blown comic!
