So Harut and Marut became corrupted, as they were banished to the Shadow World of Hades as a punishment for embracing sin. During his time in the shadow world, Marut became a very tricky and somewhat malicious fallen angel who took joy in tormenting tainted souls. But over time, after Marut and Harut met Mist Elmbarn from the new Paradiso, Marut started to reflect on his life and what has become of his life in the shadow world. After a heroic feat that redeemed Harut, Marut wants to follow in the footsteps of his twin and Mist Elmbarn. Though devoted to his quest on redemption, sometimes, old habits die hard for this fallen angel, as he fights for the purification of his soul, and the forgiveness of his past atrocities.
