Chiyoda Division((Disclaimer: These ocs are still being worked on and some information such as m.c. names, personality traits, microphone types, backstories, etc. may be altered in the future)) Well hello~After a long harrowing, extensive process of finding new group members for the D.R.B., we present to you the members of the most recent group, Voltaic Surge featuringShowstopper, Heavy Metal, and Abyssal Zone, representing Chiyoda. ...Welcome to the division~ Voltaic Surge represent the Chiyoda division; Their names are Teruhiko, Masaru, and Midori, their signature symbol is a heart (an actual human heart🫀), their signature hand pose is two L symbols together (thumbs and index fingers) with one turned upside down combined together to resemble a lightning bolt⚡️, and their signature group color is electric green. The heart symbol is a reference to Chiyoda being the heart of Tokyo, as it is located in the central district. Like every other Hypmic character, they have signature colors. Teruhiko is magenta, a mix of pink and purple (magenta is also made with red and purple, but pink has similar results), Masaru is amber, a mix of orange and yellow, and Midori is teal, a mix of blue and green. Masaru and Midori are native Japanese residents. Teruhiko is Brazilian and Japanese, and is bilingual (trilingual if you count English) in both the Japanese and Portuguese languages. Teruhiko’s microphone is a headset mostly due to his tendency to move around a lot, Masaru’s microphone is a shotgun mic, and Midori’s microphone is a portable recorder mic. Details about their hypmic abilities will be revealed later... Each member represents a creature/monster; Teruhiko is a vampire, Masaru is a golem, heavily based on Frankenstein’s monster, and Midori is a sea witch but can also fall under mermaid/merman or cecaelia.
