On the planet of Orchilox, the existence of Galaxclust was created. It can be dated back to a couple of hundred years ago when the first egg appeared. A special flower bared that egg and hatched out of it was a single royal Galaxclust.

That Galaxclust that hatched from the egg gave themselves the name “Sylph”. Now Sylph was very young at the time. He was a hatchling after all and the only thing protecting him at the time was his egg shell and skull to protect his gelatinous body.

He had no mother, no father, nor any kind of guardian for that matter. He was alone, but was not scared. He was just a hatchling and he had a hard time understanding what was going on. He only had survival instincts and could only hide for the time being to be safe from the wilds.

A bipedal beast came along, digging and trying to locate food to bring back to her pack. After some time of searching, she came across the small being. Understanding that Sylph was some sort of child, she took him under her protection.

Her name is Eldriss and for years to come, she would be praised for her protection of Sylph by the Galaxclust. She protected Sylph with her life, raising him as if he was one of her own and teaching him about the world around him.

Sylph eventually got older and was more than capable to take care of himself. Eldriss has gotten very old at this time but Sylph did his best to take care of her. After all, she was like a guardian to him.

When Eldriss passed, Sylph was all alone again. This feeling grew heavy and felt rough to him. Being the only Galaxclust, he despised it.

After a while, Sylph came across his old nest. While looking around, he noticed the flower that bared the egg he was in was still lively and well. Some ideas came up in his head and he carefully took that flower back to his new home.

He would pluck the seeds that were in it to plant and watch grow, adding in a mixture he made himself. Despite assuming this was going to be a disaster, it actually brought forward really interesting results.

The new flowers sprouted and eggs were being made. Sylph would take care of these eggs carefully and raise the Galaxclust that was born within them. There were four new flowers in total that were bearing eggs after some time. In fact, the fifth flower that Sylph came from was now producing more seeds.

It was noted that none of the Galaxclust that hatched were royals and all were normal ones. Sylph would realize that Galaxclust comes in many colors and horn shapes and depending on the horn amount determined how strong their magic was.

Also, Sylph would take note that the newer flowers would not generate any seeds and died once they had the eggs. So Sylph kept up with the experiment and raised the Galaxclust in his home until they got old enough to take care of themselves.

These Galaxclust proceeded to start a community, a small kingdom. As the population grew, the less lonely Sylph felt.

Death was something no one saw coming considering how long Sylph was living. When the first Galaxclust passed away from an incident, it shocked everyone. Death never crossed anyone’s mind before.

However, the once fully grown Galaxclust had turned back into an egg and was reborn as a new Galaxclust!

Egg -> Hatchling -> Teen -> Adult -> Egg

It was noted that the Galaxclust had no previous memories or had the same personality as the one before it. They could have similar features or a different pattern from the previous Galaxclust. Sylph calls these “The Next Of Kin”.

Depending on the amount of horns a Galaxclust has allows them to have disguise. A Galaxclust could have zero to four. Four would make them royals and have a total of four disguises (that’s not including their Galaxclust form!).

The more horns the longer their life span is due to the magic in them.

0 horns = 0 forms

1 horn = 1 form

2 horns = 2 forms

3 horns = 3 forms

4 horns = Known as the “royalty galaxclust”, 4 forms.

Galaxclust cannot breed with each other in their Galaxclust forms. They have no sex features or anything of that sort that would allow them to have kids.

Though it is possible for a Galaxclust in a “human” disguise to have children since they share the genetic genes as that disguise.

Galaxclust are curious beings who love to travel to different places of the solar system they are from and the ones outside of that. They planet hop around, finding a place to feel like they can join in with their disguises. They love to learn about other cultures, take part in society, bring back treasures to Orchilox, and so forth!

Galaxclust are a bit clumsy when it comes to disguises. Example, when Gallius took a human disguise he forgot humans have fingerprints and their hair is not naturally blue and purple. While the hair can be passed off as “dye”, having no fingerprints is hard to explain.

All Galaxclust have a “core” that keeps their body intact. As hatchlings they are gelatinous and with enough time they get bigger and their bodies begin to harden enough to where it isn’t gelatinous anymore but can still move.

Their body hardens enough that piercing it with a sword or rapier wouldn’t pierce them unless a lot of force was used.
