There's a room in that saloon

There is dirty, old table in the back of that saloon
And there’s some dust, rocks and spiders in those corners of the room
On that table in the back, are a boots of anew
And by the looks of his hat and scars, he’s from afar

He’s an outlaw from the west
The gunslinger amongst the best
Take breath, wait and pray
So he doesn’t count you as a prey
Don’t give a look, an eye, a drink
Just go with your own day

On the saloon there’s an Old Bill, old as town itself
He’s old, drunk and bastard who pities himself
He has a loud, annoying voice
Voice that carries to the table
Little did the Old Bill know
He would soon shake like a maple

There comes outlaw from the west
The gunslinger amongst the best
Take breath, wait and pray
So he doesn’t count you as a prey
Don’t give a look, an eye, a drink
Just go with your own day

He walks behind the Old Bill, a smile on his face
’What ya’re talking, old man? Money, gold or safe?’
’Or is it all a Wobblin’ Jaw?’
’A wonky lies, lies it all?’

The Old Bill turns around, his body, hands and legs
His eyes open wide and his face turns to red
’I know you, you’re from the west.’
’You silenced my friend, he was there as a guest!’

It was a smile, a whiskey, a bullet
And there goes all his tales
The old, funny and new, fib and the truth
Now he lies on his side in his own dirty booth

The boots, the cigar and scars, he goes far away
He leaves this town behind with a this portray
