Today is my birthday! やった！ I’m exactly two years away from becoming a person!!! :P
Not this kind, this type of journaling is good, it makes me happy :) i’m talking about actual journaling, like writing down your thoughts on paper with a writing utensil. I’m kinda slow at it lol
i don’t know why, but i kinda got mad at myself for taking three hours to write like 5 and a half pages of what i was feeling, but at least i actually wrote it!
Plus tomorrow (march 28) is my birthday, and i actually feel really better now that I’m not repeating those memories in my head anymore. that being said, I officially declare this as the end of an era! (or at least the transfer era, I still got more to do)
so basically weeks ago we did a japanese speaking test where we had to record ourselves having full conversations using the terms we learned in 日本語. when i was partnered up with one of my classmates and we both went to record on both of our parts i looked at my camera and at hers before we recorded to get ready. “Why do I look so much better on her camera than on mine?”
AND I REALIZE THIS NOW ALMOST A MONTH LATER THAT THIS COULD ACTUALLY BE A DEEP SYMBOLISM THINGY!!!! YOU KNOW LIKE THINKING YOU DON’T FEEL BEAUTIFUL YOURSELF BUT OTHER PEOPLE FIND YOU BEAUTIFUL!!!!! (i didn’t even notice it the time we recorded for our speaking test we just did it)
today we’re reviewing our schedules and my counselor said the class to Intro to Music Production and Recording (IMPR) might not run because it hasn’t for years prior… i haven’t been in that class but it looks like a very useful class and i want to take it. I mean I wouldn’t mind taking japanese 3, but still it looks so funnnn… TIME TO MAKE A SUB!!!
So basically my school district has a music class I’m interested in called “Intro to music recording and production” and I’m really interested in it! I looked at the course description files and it says that it uses protools. I have never heard of ProTools in my life but it kinda looks like ableton (im an fl studio mobile user). I wonder; will protools be easy to use? maybe I could use protools as a refrence to learn the real fl studio (i call normal fl real fl bc fl studio mobile doesn’t have that much features compared to real fl) to make my ocs come to life? or will it be like the i b i s t o k r i t a c o n v e r s i o n? either way i’m kinda excited for that class and i hope i get enrolled in there
also, should I sing? I had commissioned some lyrics from someone a few months ago and I wanted to sing them but either I’m too insecure or i don’t have the equipment for it. I have the instrumental for the song if anyone wants to hear it. I’ll post it on my music acc
