Act 1: The Beginning
Aaryn Dv Atkinson was born on January 22, 2011, Philladelpha while his parents were on vacation. From a young age, Aaryn showed a passion for art and creativity. He was often seen with a notebook in hand, filling its pages with imaginative doodles and sketches.
When Aaryn began attending Jarvis Public School, he found it challenging to make friends. Shy and introverted, he spent most of his time with his cousins, Austin and Robin, who were his only companions. However, everything changed when he crossed paths with two classmates, Max Hardy Matthew and Alex Ottley.
Initially, their relationship was far from friendly. The trio often clashed over trivial matters, like which Pokémon cards were the best. Their arguments were frequent and intense, but in 2016, something unexpected happened. They decided to put their differences aside and collaborate on a project that would change their friendship forever.
Together, they created a comic book titled The Adventures of Paper Jam. The process of brainstorming, drawing, and writing brought them closer than ever. They were so proud of their creation that they convinced their teacher to showcase it in class. The positive feedback from their peers gave them a newfound sense of confidence and solidified their bond.
From that day on, Aaryn, Max, and Alex became inseparable, their friendship fueled by a shared love for creativity until something horrible happened….
Act 2: The Downfall
For years, the trio thrived creatively. They filled their days with the joy of inventing new characters, crafting comics, and dreaming up cartoons. Their passion fueled countless projects, including a trading card series they called Itty Bitty Comic Characters and a whimsical cartoon show, The Rabo Show. Together, they were unstoppable.
But everything changed in November 2020.
Tragedy struck when Alex Ottley, one of the group's brightest sparks, lost his life in a selfless act of bravery. While out walking on a frozen lake with his sister and their friend Jackson, disaster struck. Jaxson fell through the thin ice, plunging into the freezing water. Without hesitation, Alex jumped into action, risking his own safety to save his friend. Though he succeeded in rescuing Jaxson, Alex himself fell through the ice and, tragically, drowned.
The news shattered Aaryn and Max. Their grief was overwhelming. Paralyzed by the loss of their closest friend and creative partner, they halted everything they were working on. The Itty Bitty Comic Characters trading card set, The Rabo Show, and all their creative endeavors came to a standstill.
For nearly a year, their shared passion for creativity was buried beneath the weight of their sorrow. But as time passed, Aaryn and Max realized that Alex wouldn’t have wanted them to give up. They knew that continuing their work would be the greatest tribute they could offer to their dear friend.
With heavy hearts but renewed determination, they returned to their projects, infusing their work with the spirit and memory of Alex. Every character, every comic, every cartoon became a testament to the bond they shared and the legacy of a friend who had given everything for others.
