A small bio I went and made to describle Lou a bit more

I may have based some elements of him off of myself too lol

Once an aspiring artist that hoped to make a living through his craft, he began to grow spiteful towards his local leaders for their blatant corruption and prioritizing themselves rather than his community. In retaliation, Lou defaces everything that The Powers That Be stand for, getting into various scuffles with law enforcement as a result. He's also easy to fluster just by calling him "cute".
