It's getting kinda annoying, or is it? What are you going to do about it?

Time for a silly simple prompt for some new artsies
Draw your sona or OC dealing with the above scenario
Do you like the rain? Is it getting on your nerves? Is it even water that is raining?!
You decide

Rules:
Full or half body
Must include some sort of bully cloud and its raininess
You choose the tone: silly, serious, cool, dark, etc.*
