I think all the Eeveelutions should have kept some sort of neck decor
I think Umbreon should've had even just a ring around its neck, and Espeon could've had elegant fluff, and Glaceon could've been fluffy and Leafeon could've had leaves all 'round,

...Hunter gets neck fluff :)
