welp u know, OSC Animators may have been shocked or surprised when they heard of this news, but why won't they just switch to Adobe Flash CS6 or Macromedia Flash 8? It's a great both animation software and not bad, I guess.
The solution was to install some Winetricks like vcrun, gdiplus, and more smth like, and also it doesn't crash sometimes, which means it runs smoothly :D
