It sounds counterintuitive at max to hear someone say "I am traumatized and I now I go to martial arts!" (Karate+Muai Thai in my case) - but it helped me a great deal to face fears and hidden triggers that even my TP could not reach. Which makes sense, if you think about the fact that some things only appear, when you are in a very similar situation. Finding like-minded friends and a journey to walk together is also a very nice add-on :3. Sadly, I am currently on a training break, due to some lousy broken middle foot and some late-game virus complications, but May looks very promising to return to training.

What I want to say is - you can go to TP all day long, but it in numerous instances it takes the body to feel that it can handle things on its own now. Enabling skills, decreasing fears - finding peace.

If you struggle with things, like Kai/me - you should give it a try. ♥
