A little non-canon interaction between 16-year-old & 21-year-old Llewellyn.
[Though the world has canon time-travel, with no real consequence of young and old versions of the same character meeting so it may be real]

I just really liked the idea of Llewellyn being able to comfort himself, that things will get better for them and that he'll be happy again.
Havin his arm being the most visible part of his older self to show he has found comfort and pride in it, while younger Llewellyn is clutching it tight to himself and hiding it with their other one. It's why the only light source of the piece is the two arms, really drawing your eyes in to older Llewellyn with his whole arm visible, thus glowing more.
Younger Llewellyn also has his shorter hair, which is more in his face, draped over his older self's fingers; where as his older self his it out of the way, helping frame his face and really stand out against the dark hair.
It's also why I've wanted to leave their shadows, unfortunately only just visible due to the dark background, pushing them to the right of the image, that the only sanctuary here is his older self.
