His völundr (divine weapon) is called Necronomicon. It is an ancient book written in an unknown language that only Lovecraft can understand, and by reciting phrases from this manuscript, he summons abominable monsters that support him in battle.

His ocular abilty is called "Abysmal Darkness", Lovecraft can see the fears of others.

His most powerful technique is called "Gate of the Silver Key", he opens a portal to a strange dimension inhabited by incomprehensible entities of enormous power. However, this technique is mentally devastating for Lovecraft and the rival, and this will not disappear until one of the opponents goes crazy and kill himself.
