Another slightly experimental piece! I was playing around with brushes on FireAlpaca last year, still really like this one.

Lore dump:
Carrotsnip is a tired and stoic cat who has a strong dislike for Milkstar. He also just so happen to be the cat who picks up after the deputy's slack and does most of the work in the clan.
The only reason Carrotsnip isn't deputy is because Milkstar dislikes him too. Well, more so Milkstar and Carrotsnip's relationship is kind of awkward and serves as an embarrassment for Milkstar. They used to be dating but Carrotsnip dumped him so now they tend not to interact.
Milkstar is also a bit of a crummy guy who should not be in a leader position. He genuinely thinks he's doing the right thing but makes way too many mistakes, oftentimes putting cats in needless danger. He also passes off prophecies and problems brought to his attention as unimportant until it's way too late.
