Floatzel is an absolutely beautiful Pokémon ;W; A water type with winter themed accessories? And a gorgeous glittery cloud floaty?

The design combines three of my glimmers, so I fell in love instantly! Put her in an ice themed world because I fondly remember drawing June for you - and that she enjoys warm drinks :D
