These are Havoc and Velaxana, DnD OCs created by Mysteeria! They are polar opposites in how they feel about their magic. Havoc lives freely and without regrets, while Velaxana restrains her true powers because of bad experiences of the past.

That's why I drew a bonding moment from their current campaign. A chance to show off Havoc's rad water powers ;)
