Flare is... God tier power without actually being a god. She is quite old and rather chaotic in nature. She tends to pick on people she likes and on beings she feels need to be taught a lesson.

A favorite pastime is to toss people in pocket dimensions she creates and see how they fare while she moves and changes the world around them.

She has a peculiar sense of humor and is remarkably wise when she feels like sharing it. It won't be in a conventional or convenient way, but perhaps that's the point.

Think Q from Star Trek TNG as voiced by the late Pat Carroll (anyone who doesn't know, she voiced Ursula in The Little Mermaid. Movie AND Show). So again, Chaotic Neutral. Not evil, just plays by her own rules.

She lives with a group of goblin folk who cater to her needs and are as close to worshipers as she can get. Flare won't admit it, but she's protective of them, and will not hesitate to protect her little tribe if pressed.
