I always seen this reaction pic pop up and loved it - He is so unashamedly joyous. Oozing happiness. I had always wanted to doodle him. But i struggled to reverse image search and find the original person who owned him to credit it. In a stroke of luck, after uploading this elsewhere, a mutual friend of an irl college pal said they knew the owner and I've sent them the pic. I hope they like it. Sadly, they also informed me that Roscoe passed away :[ Rest well happy little dude
