[Salem is a character that has no real backstory or definitive personality for the most part. They are a character that changes with my mood and interests. So they can be anything I want or need them to be; male, female, intersex, trans, hero, villain, or antihero. They change based on my whims, and/or whatever alternate universe I decide to throw them into. Things like personality, sexuality, and gender identity shift with my mood and are reflected in the diverse AU's I feel lead to place them into.]
