My oc RAE! (supposed to be capitalized). She's based on the Wii Startup Disc, in my oc universe she was originally made by the founders of the internet to serve as a guide to the internet for new users but her files got lost... they were found years later and her body was brought back out to put them into since people were excited to finally get to meet her even if her programming was out of date! Now she is just a silly celebrity in her world. She's quirky and speaks in a very scholarly way since she was intended to be an instructional program but just likes hanging around and being silly and being given gifts :)
