From Inktober 2022 Day 3 'Bat'

Below him are four officers that manage sections of Whitechapel for him besides the fourth one managing property in the neighboring district of Blackmouth. Left to Hanabusa is an OC of ours by the name of Pharis Ashtree who works as a subordinate officer for officer Arasawa who controls the red zone if Whitechapel. To the right you have Ryuji who is the son of Hanabusa. He leads a rogue fraction of people that doesn't serve any of the officers.
