The french desc says :
Semi-aquatic predator from the deep marshes, riversides and lakes.
The siafdhas are quite slow on the land. They compensate for this through their numbers and their remarkable organizational skills. The pack, consisting of 5 to 10 individuals, encircles its prey from a distance before stealthily approaching.
Under water, they hunt in group, on the lookout. They rush on their prey with high speed thanks to their strong tail and legs. Their large lungs allow them to hold their breath for a long time.
