Hello!!! I've been struggling a lot recently with my online presence. Social media has been draining me mentally and it's caused me a lot of motivational issues when it comes to my art. Super annoying!

Algorythmic social media feeds feel too overstimulating and I'm experiecing a lot of problems with inspiration fatigue. I see so many cool things that my brain can't cope with the abundance of inspiration and just kind of shuts down lol. It's also super demotivating to be contantly shown only the most popular posts. I know you shouldn't measure your worth in likes and shares, but seeing the numbers on other people's art really does make you feel a bit weird sometimes.

I'm going to start trying to transition away from mainstream social media and instead gravitate more towards less "in your face" sites. I'm hoping to post here more, create a neocities for myself, and to actually spend some time developing my OCs on my Toyhouse!

After a break I'll probably go back to social media, but I'm determined not to rely so heavily on it anymore and to only really use it to keep up with my webfriends.
