Because I guess even if I'm making a goofy fantasy world, there should be SOME rules.

My first set of supplementary notes for Regular Horse. What turned into a funny joke for a 1-page comic ended up spiraling out of control into an outlet for my love of biology, set in a magical world where I could write it, relax and not take things too seriously if I didn't want to. But that's what happens when you start to have good ideas and you need somewhere to put them!

I got to draw a lot of animals I haven't drawn before, and I allowed myself to be a little more fast and loose with the art- to not agonize over details and just be happy with the first lines. I'm trying to learn to take it easier when it comes to my art.
