pride is such a comforting month for me not only for my queer and trans identity but for my identity as a physically + mentally disabled, plural, mexican american + mixed indigenous artist.
life has been hard for me, there will be people and higher ups that try to bring me down but i will fight back harder!!!!!
if you can and its accessible to you, go to a pride event this month! or go to a gay bar/club if you are 21+!! go to a drag show!!! but most importantly, be kind to yourself and treat yourself with love and respect because even if things are dark and cloudy now, it wont always be. you will have people that will love and support you no matter what.
AHEM! now about the art piece! not much to say but if you guys are curious on the flags the ones my sona is holding is the gay flag (specifically the 8 stripe gilbert baker flag) and the bigender flag.
