theo is an agender sea serpent fashion designer who came to oceanside in pursuit of their own career path, despite what their parents wanted them to do! they also do drag shows fairly often as well :D
angie is a sea angel transwoman whos past isnt known to most! shes a very multifaceted person, shes very bubbly and can be smug to the people around her and shes usually seen as weird or even fake by a few... but shes just so cute and loveable how can you not like her?
i mainly updated both of the hair textures to better represent themselves and also give an update to theos outfit (mainly just colors + the jewelry seen)
