A couple old/new OCs! Morgan [long black hair/red eyes] is actually a character I've had for a while. He's gone through quite a few changes.
I've had Roy [pinkish-red hair/gold earring] about the same length of time as Morgan, but never really drew/conceptualized him.
Roy is pansexual while Morgan is gay. They love each other very much, though Morgan gets embarrassed by PDA sometimes.

I found some 90s anime filters and slapped 'em on this. They are very nice. : )
