Gadget getting head pats from his Bro~

I like to imagine Sonic and Knuckles especially like to still call him "Rookie" as a sort of teasing nickname after the war. In an affectionate sort of brotherly way.

This was meant to be a warm up sketch.. but I hated how Sonic was coming out so much I kept re-drawing him. Still not happy with him, but told myself I needed to stop and just let it go. Sometimes the healthiest thing to do for yourself as an artist is to simply stop looking at your art, lol.
