This little guy is from way back in 2020 but I still love how he came out
I believe it was an applejack originally but he became Pluto!
His colors are based on the actual planet and so is his heart shaped cutie mark, if you look at images of pluto there it a heart on the surface
His hair is yarn rooted in with little sequins and stars decorating it
And I just thought as a planet based pony he looked cute in the Tardis
