  1. Commissioned Artwork
  • Commission Process: The Artist will provide instructions on how to commission artwork, including payment information, deadlines, and revisions.
  • Copyright: The Artist retains copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.
  • Usage Rights: The client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned artwork for personal use. Commercial use requires additional permission from the Artist.
  1. Merchandise Sales
  • Pricing and Payment: All merchandise prices are listed on the Artist's kofi store. Payment is due in full upon purchase.
  • Shipping: The Artist will ship merchandise to the address provided by the client. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately.
  • Returns and Exchanges: The Artist may offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions. Please refer to the Artist's return policy for more details. Which shall be provided under the description of each individual merchandise item listed.
  1. Online Content
  • Copyright: The Artist retains copyright ownership of all content posted online, including but not limited to artwork, writing, and videos.
  • User Conduct: Users are prohibited from using the Artist's online content in a way that infringes upon the Artist's rights or violates applicable laws.

  • Trademark: The Artist's name, logo, and other trademarks are the property of the Artist.
