little fanart for a headcanon i had after the events of wild life session 5 :)

headcanon:
after c!mumbo's death, grian went back down to the ground level in front of their base, speechless and still in shock witnessing his bestfriend's death while skizz comes back to find grian in distraught and immediately gives grian a hug and comforts him.

when c!mumbo died, it was sunrise but it was fully daytime when grian and skizz met back up so i changed the time and included the sunrise into the headcanon. it can also may represent skizz being/bringing the light and comfort to grian, who was very much in the dark at that time :')
