The Neon tiger is finished! He is bright and loud! Originally I was going to go with a fire type theme but the colors kept going more Neon. I am not disappointed. These colors have such high contrast that the camera does not like sensing the careful differences. He's painted on 3.5×3.5 cold press water color paper with Gouache paints.
