The town built outside of Red City, the domed place in the back. The surface area was rather sparse, so the humans dug around in the ground for resources. All the houses in Molehill are built with bricks of alien materials found underground.

This is after an alien attack, though most of the destruction was suffered by the people living here. When picking up the pieces, they all let their radio play onto the streets.
