The city of Teskul. It's somewhere on the outer edge, the deeper parts of the city are more crowded, I'd imagine. Instead of street lights, they have that giant ring hovering over the city that turns bright red at night. (I'll probably change around how this city looks, give it some more big land marks. It's very easy to make large structures with magic, so they'd have some impressive buildings.)
