Bio
This dragon sports a mostly blue and white coat of scales. The front horn is sensitive to underwater electromagnetic pulses, making fishing for hidden creatures relatively easy for this dragon however above water it has an above-average sense of smell. Toes having enough webbing to help increase swimming speed. The dorsal spikes cutting through the water relatively easily.

A thin line of mucus coats this dragon's body, making them rather slippery to hold on to. It also acts as a conduit for electrical shocks that she can trail. Most of the charge is generated from inside of the body with movement. Only so much can be created at a time before needing to be released. This can be done in short bursts.
