Today's prompt brings a few sad feelies, but it's a part of zozi's backstory!

In their story, jecht and zozi temporarily leave the realm of twilight. They had good intentions, wanting to search for other twili who had gone through, however.. upon going through the mirror, they were separated. 
To make a very long explanation short, everyone knows of Nights of the Red Moon, how they bring monsters back from the dead.. but no one really knew the effect it would have on a twili. Not until zozi. It corrupted him, giving him more monster-esque features, however the transformation itself was quite painful ;v;
