Despite how they look, the body of a Corsola is pretty solid and rock-hard. They aren't very fast movers on land, and they tend to slowly waddle about, so don't expect them to be winning any races! Though (Not by too much) they are more agile at swimming.

They're bottom-feeders, preferring to use their comb-like teeth to sift through sand underwater for tiny invertebrates, but they're also known for snacking on other small Water Pokemon, most specifically, juvenile Remoraid, Surskit, Clamperl, Shellder, Tympole, and at times, even Staryu.

But like most other Pokemon, they can adjust to Pokemon food, both standard and gourmet/wet, quite well.

Corsola are prime targets for predators, though, which include Dewgong, Bruxish, Golisopod, and most definitely Mareanie and Toxapex.

They are generally quite friendly and easy-going, getting along with most people and Pokemon, they are popular with both children and the elderly and make great companions (So long as you don't step on any of their shed spines. They WILL hurt).

Similar to other Pokemon such as Staryu/Starmie and Vaporeon, Corsola are a hermaphrodite species, and though not exactly a common occurrence, self-fertilization IS possible for them, they can produce young without a partner.
