I imagine this takes place somewhere during the middle part of Strike!'s story, where these two have long since become pretty close friends and love to kill time by sparring with one another.

Robyn takes interest in Dundee's move, Thunder Punch, and asks him to tutor Razzle and teach him the move as well for extra battle coverage, and he happily agrees. He's actually surprised to see how much of a fast learner Razzle is...

Yes, it's true that Electric-type Pokemon can't be paralyzed from other Electric-type attacks, but getting mollywhopped in the face with a fist bigger than a human head still hurts like hell.
