anyways! this is poppy she has magical powers relating to ghosts that resulted in her being a sort of psychopomp for many years, so i thought playing with gold coins as payment to enter the afterlife (i.e. crossing the river styx) would be fun! and the poppies are there because uh, death symbolism and also its her name lol
