they're a darkner based on an in-universe equivalent to PBS kids bc theres gotta be a kids channel. (its kinda like how elnina and lanino are the weather channel)....
based on my own experiences of staying up too late watching kids shows...
they're very gentle and patient with kids, but have a short fuse with adults.
they find Tenna too high energy and slightly obnoxious but are still Charmed by him regardless. something something opposites attract or whatever. i want that tv so bad.
