Many of the elder deities, as well as many other angels, could not resist his splendor. Beneath his gorgeous exterior, lied a cunning, manipulative and maliciously tricky entity. He is good friends and allies with the angel/demon hybrid, named Loki Hrimthung. Together, they cause unspeakable chaos and disorder around them. But after the first Twilight of the Divine, many elder deities and angels have fallen from grace in battle, leaving Iyesu the one true God being. Those elder deities who were redeemed, were given new life as angels and holy ones. The fallen, like Heylel, have become monsters of Hades. Now Heylel is reduced to a monstrous abomination, that looks across between a man, a toad, a viper, and a wyvern dragon. Over time, Heylel gotten used to his hideous new form and his new place of the All Father of Hell. But petty as he is, Heylel seeks vengeance against Iyesu, his creations, and those who give themselves willingly to him.

Race: Yatragarasu Angel (Cerulean Raven clan) Origin: Old Paradiso Gender: Female Hair: Blue Eyes: Blue Likes: Marut, Harut, Eir, Her new masters Lord Iyesu and Blessed Lady Ame-Maria, the colors red and green, cool weather, exploring places, devotees of Lord Iyesu, New Paradiso. Dislikes: Her old false god masters, burning hot weather, Old Paradiso, liars, traitors, moral and spiritual corruption, pestilence, vermin rodents. Role: Main character (Other Alerfa stories) elemental mystic, guardian angel. Goals: To faithfully serve Lord Iyesu and his holy family. Help put Marut on the right path to redemption, being skilled at elemental and environmental mystic arts. In a fit of disenchantment, Mist fled to the Shadow World of Hades, to avoid her responsibilities of serving the petty, cruel beings. During her time in the Shadow World, Mist befriended both Harut and Marut. Right there, she kept them company, while avoiding the infamous Twilight of the Gods happening in Paradiso. Once Lord Iyesu rose up as the one true God, the benevolent phoenix sent Mist's close friend, Eir Gullmannen to fish Mist out of the Shadow World, spreading the good news of the downfall of the false gods. Mist and Eir now happily serve Lord Iyesu, and the Blessed Ame-Maria, his holy mother. Little did the two battle angels know that they are taking on a larger than life task that will change her view of all things in existence forever.

Race: Yatagarasu Angel (Cerulean Raven clan) Origin: Old Paradiso Gender: Male Hair: Blue Eyes: Blue (Red-Orange in demon and hell beast mode) Likes: Mist Elmbarn, his twin brother Harut, Freedom, Hunting, Fishing, making meals, traveling. Dislikes: The Netherworld (over time), being a fallen angel (over time), irredeemably evil folk, vengeful thoughts, his dark past lives, being wronged, his twin brother's temper. Role: Main character (other Alerfa stories) Twin dagger wielder, guardian, hunter, cook. Goals: To become a redeemed angel alongside his twin brother Harut. Marut's Personality traits: Positive traits: BraveNimbleAmbitiousFaithful to friendsTalented (with hunting, fishing, and cooking/baking food)EnergeticHard working Negative Traits: TrickySimple mindedForgetful at timesEasily distractedStruggles with patienceCan be immature at timesLoud voice Marut, alongside his twin brother Harut, were two angels that have fallen from grace back in ancient times, losing a bet with elder divinity about not being easily tempted by mortal desires. So Harut and Marut became corrupted, as they were banished to the Shadow World of Hades as a punishment for embracing sin. During his time in the shadow world, Marut became a very tricky and somewhat malicious fallen angel who took joy in tormenting tainted souls. But over time, after Marut and Harut met Mist Elmbarn from the new Paradiso, Marut started to reflect on his life and what has become of his life in the shadow world. After a heroic feat that redeemed Harut, Marut wants to follow in the footsteps of his twin and Mist Elmbarn. Though devoted to his quest on redemption, sometimes, old habits die hard for this fallen angel, as he fights for the purification of his soul, and the forgiveness of his past atrocities.
