Nes Godzilla Creepypasta remake CHAPTER ONEWhen I was a little kid the two things I loved the most in my life were Godzilla and NES games, So predictably when Godzilla monster of monsters came out, it was like a dream come true,well almost. To sum it up it was a really repetitive and hard game and I could barely get through The first two worlds.Regardless of my skill level at the time,I still had a fun time with it. Unfortunately I was a kid, and traded the game for something called Amagon a year later, much to my dismay when I found out what that game was like. But recently I've been collecting NES games, with my friend Billy, and luckily he found a copy of the game with a couple of other games, and sent them over to me. Godzilla came first though. Export202603291122149880 There isn't anything outright weird about the cartridge besides the fact that it's dirty and that little star thing on it, but overall it's a normal cartridge When I started the game I was hit with a wave of nostalgia for my first time playing this game with the 8-bit music filling the air. Earth1 Those times were a lot more safer to me so I am always glad to have something to bring me back to those memories.Kind of made me forget how the fun of smashing things as Godzilla wore off in the scrolling levels. The amount of bullets and things crashing into you from every direction gets annoying quick. luckily I was able to get to the first boss pretty fast.My first opponent was Gezora, a somewhat obscure squid kaiju who had never been in a Godzilla movie.Gezora isn't the hardest boss in the game, he's just annoying. He has this one attack that pushes you to the Left to the screen repeatedly and when Godzilla or mothra are pushed you can't really do anything, so of course when I fought him he did it but just he wouldn't stop. The timer is supposed to end the fight in about forty seconds Gezoraglitch1 This went on for like an hour and after a while the graphics started to mess up and turn the whole screen red.So I took out the cartridge and cleaned the inside of itShould have probably done that when I first got it but it's whatever. So I get back to the board and I see two new tile sprites, one looks like Matango Hive and the other one looks like a white ball that I'm assuming is the moon. Earth2 So I defeated both Gezora and MogueraAnd went to investigate the uninvited level Moon The level was completely empty besides some breakable rocks,Weird. But it's going to get weirder because here comes Mars and.. Mars1board Firstly The base is gold, secondly the subspace icons are green, thirdly the Gohten has its own icon and fourthly two new glitchy icons One pink and one yellow So right now I'm thinking it's either an early version of the game, or a hacked version of the original game. But that didn't really stop me from playing. So I browsed around the board and found something unexpected: where Varan's piece should have been, there was instead a piece of Titanosaurus. Tbored Titanosaurus was never in the actual game, I'm assuming they went with Varan instead of Titanosaurus because they wanted more monsters from other toho movies than just Godzilla movies So I ran through the levels to get to the new monster ,and I noticed something about the pink icons, you can bring your monster to them, they won't bring you to any level at all. Only until I fought Gezora again. Gezora's second fight went pretty normally until he died, Gezora's sprite didn't sink to the bottom, but instead seemed to be devoured by the glitch, and his eye started randomly spawning all over the screen. Gezoradead Afterwards I was back on the board Mars2board there was a new pink icon that I was actually able to go in and... Glitchhell1 It looks like you put the graphics in a paper shredder. At the end of the level there's a Gezora mountain thing. Glitchhell2 all it could really do was swing its tentacle, The glitch boss went down and was out any effort and when I returned to the board all the pink icons were gone, Moguera's second fight had its own glitch. MogueraBIG grew three times as tall as Godzilla, but thankfully the fight wasn't any harder, he was just a bigBut when mogira died the UI completely broke and Moguera looked like he was melting. Mogueramelting. I was lucky to capture it because it went away fast in 1 second. Also in the glitchy part of the UI you can see a bird and a cage. I have no idea what that means. By this point I was about to fight Titanosaurus, and I was worried about which glitches might affect him but luckily nothing really that bad happened with him Titanosaurus I was surprised how tall Titanosaurus is compared to the other monsters, usually they're all the same height as Godzilla.But since Titanosaurus is actually a little bit taller than Godzilla in his original film it fits pretty well. Also for every new boss in the game I'll give a small list of their moves Titanosaurus has basic scratchingA projectile from the angular horn thing on his headand a sonic wave attack that pushes you back The only weird thing about Titanosaurus is that his little name above his bars would change to sequence of letters and numbers Export202604190702264480 1.Png Although it might be a little annoying sometimes it's not really all that cumbersome. Still don't know what it means it's like the bird, but ok After a fun fight was the out of place monster I went to the second glitchy level and... VomitCity It looks like vomit. And for some reason there's weird Moguera type enemy things Mogueramen Besides the eye strain of the level it was pretty easy. So I moved to the base and on to the next world. Apparently not Jupiter but to Pathosgifgifgif
